Emergency Preparedness Tips

*If you evacuate, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS BEHIND!
*Have your pet microchipped
*Have pet carriers (if size is appropriate) and/or leashes for each of your pets
*Be aware of shelters that do and do not welcome pets and plan accordingly
*If sheltering in place, bring pets inside and stay in a room with few to no windows and remove any toxic substances
*Place emergency stickers in your home front doors and windows indicating what types of pets are inside and how many there are.

  3. VERY good tips...thank you so much for reminding everybody. Mama promised us she wouldn't leave if we couldn't go! We had to go to a tornado shelter last year. They allowed us...on leashes. We have all of that stuff on your list packed up in a bag ready to go if we have to. Thanks!! xo Chloe and LadyBug

  4. Great tips and we realise just how lucky we are as we have no reason here to worry about evacuating. Have a terrific Tuesday.
    Best wishes Molly
