We had a sick Murray in the house this weekend.  Upset belly was causing limited eating, vomiting and some terrible gas!  Once he was feeling up to it, some boiled chicken and rice with some canned pumpkin mixed in did the trick!  Today he's feeling A OK!  I've been hearing of this dog "stomach bug" going around.  Anyone else?

On the mend with a new friend

  1. Golden Healing Thoughts. Rice & pumpkin are good combo to make you feel better. Golden Woofs

  2. Chicken? Rice? Pumpkin......hmmmmmmm maybe the sickies weren't too bad. No, we're sorry abut the bug and glad you're feeling better mate.

  3. We are glad that the Chicken and Rice and Pumpkin helped get rid of the sickies, Murray.

  4. Poor boy! Glad he is feeling better. Phod occasionally gets an upset tummy and we treat him more or less the same (no pumpkin as it isn't in the meat food group he is pretty much exclusive too).

  5. I'm glad the thunderstorm in your tummy went away and you feel much better. I hope this tummy bug will not come to our area...

  6. Sorry to hear you haven't been well Murray, hope you are feeling a lot better now!

  8. Actually, both of the girls weren't feeling good...on different days. Same kind of sickness as Murray. Within a couple of days, they were back to normal again. Perhaps it is some sort of flu?? Glad to hear Murray is better!!

  9. Uh oh, not good, we're so glad Murray is feeling better!
