Tasty Tuesday

Natural Plain Fat Free Yogurt

No special recipe or secret ingredients to share.  Just good old yogurt!  A few times a week I add a spoonful or two to one our feedings.  The boys love it and it's a healthy, good for them snack!

  4. We LOVE plain yoghurt too. In summer mom blitzes up apple or banana and adds it to the yoghurt and then freezes it and gives it to us in our Kongs as a treat *YUM*

  8. When I got Riley when she was 7 weeks old, her breeder said to add plain yogurt to her food for a few weeks so she could get extra calcium from it. She loved it! Now we let her "clean out" our empty yogurt containers.
